These Terms & Conditions explain the general rules for visiting the Private Choice website, requesting support and placing orders. By using the website or submitting an order you agree to the terms that apply to that action, subject to any non-waivable rights under applicable law.

You are responsible for providing an accurate phone number and address and for using the website lawfully. If a purchase is being made for someone else, please confirm you have permission to provide their delivery information.

Products, descriptions and personal suitability

We aim to provide clear product photographs, descriptions, quantities, prices and offers. Product packaging, appearance and ingredients may change; refer to the actual label and directions supplied with the item.

Skincare, serums, tubes, beauty treatments and cosmetic formulas can affect different people differently. Individual results are not guaranteed. Check ingredients, instructions and any warnings before use, and seek appropriate professional advice if you have a known sensitivity or health concern. Product information is not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment.

Prices, deals and combo offers

Prices are displayed in Pakistani rupees unless stated otherwise. Promotions may include discounted packs, “buy X get Y free” quantities, and combos containing several products. The exact items, included quantities and payable amount are shown in the chosen offer and in the order summary.

A free product or combo is included only when its specified eligibility conditions are met. Free promotional units are still subject to stock availability. Unless expressly stated, separate offers and coupon codes cannot be assumed to combine. Delivery charges, if applicable, are shown at checkout.

Placing and confirming orders

Adding an item to your cart does not reserve it. When you place an order, the website checks prices and available stock and records the order details and reference. An initial “pending” order is not a guarantee of dispatch or delivery.

We may contact you to confirm delivery information or an order detail. If an item is unavailable, an obvious listing error occurs, or fulfilment cannot be completed, our team may contact you about correction, substitution or cancellation. We will not silently substitute products without appropriate agreement.

Payment

Cash on delivery may be offered where available. If enabled in the admin settings, manual bank transfer can also be selected using the displayed payment instructions. The website does not itself accept or store credit/debit card numbers.

Do not send money to an unverified account or person claiming to represent our store. If in doubt, use the official Contact Us page or the WhatsApp number shown on the website before paying.

Shipping, delivery and address details

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed during checkout. Courier coverage, dispatch times and delivery schedules can vary based on the delivery address, inventory, access conditions and courier operations.

Ensure your delivery phone number, city and address are correct. We may contact you about an incomplete or unreachable address. Any timeframe supplied by customer support is an estimate unless expressly confirmed as a guaranteed service.

Returns, exchanges and refunds

If an item arrives damaged, leaks, is incorrect, or seems defective, contact customer support with your order reference and supporting photographs as soon as reasonably possible. Do not discard the original item or packaging until the issue is reviewed.

For hygiene and safety reasons, eligibility for return of opened cosmetic or personal-care products may be restricted where applicable. Any refund or replacement must be assessed under the applicable terms and consumer-protection law. These terms do not remove rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Cancellations and order changes

If you need to change a number, address or product, contact us promptly and include your order reference. We will check whether the request can be applied before fulfilment.

A cancellation or address change may not be possible once the parcel has been handed to the courier; any further options depend on parcel status, availability and applicable rights.

Reviews and customer-submitted content

Customer reviews, photographs and videos may be displayed on relevant product or combo pages when permission to publish has been obtained. Reviews represent individual experiences; they do not guarantee the same outcome for everyone.

If you submit content for publication, please ensure it is accurate, lawful and that you have rights to share it. We may remove reviews or media where necessary to meet legal, privacy or platform obligations.

Website content and acceptable use

Brand elements, product descriptions, imagery and website content may be protected by applicable intellectual-property law. You may use this website for personal shopping and legitimate enquiries, not for fraud, unauthorised access, malicious requests or infringement.
