Information we collect

When you browse or shop with us, we may receive information you provide directly and information created through normal website use.

• Contact and delivery details: mobile number, name, delivery address, city, order notes, and any enquiry message.
• Shopping information: cart choices, products and combo offers, order reference, quantities, totals, payment method, payment status, and order history.
• Visit and device records: pages visited, clicks and form progress, browser identifier, IP address, user agent, referral link, and timestamps.
• Optional permissions: location coordinates if you grant access, and notification permission status if your browser offers that choice.
• Reviews and media: customer names, review text, photographs or videos that are submitted to us and approved for publication.

Why we use information

We use information to answer enquiries; follow up about requested products; process, confirm, prepare and deliver orders; prevent repeated submissions; maintain your cart or saved details on a returning browser; provide customer care; understand website traffic and troubleshoot our service.

We may contact you by phone or WhatsApp in relation to your enquiry or order. Promotional messages, where used, should follow the permissions and opt-out rights that apply to you. We do not need your precise location to accept an order.

Saved enquiries and unfinished checkouts

A correctly formatted Pakistani mobile number typed into the Contact Us form, help dialogue or checkout can create a draft lead automatically, before you press the final submit or place-order button. As you enter more information, the lead may be updated with your name, address, message and latest step.

This allows our team to respond to an enquiry or help complete a checkout. A saved draft lead is not a completed order and does not mean you have been charged. We use phone-format checks; we do not currently verify ownership of a number through an OTP.

Cookies and returning customers

We use an essential, first-party browser identifier to remember the visitor connected with page history, order records and saved contact details. The site can request that this identifier remain for up to 10 years, but browsers or your settings may clear it sooner. It does not guarantee recognition across devices or after cookies are removed.

You can clear website data through your browser. The checkout also offers a “Forget previously saved customer details on this device” option. Browser changes do not automatically delete records already necessary for orders, support or applicable legal obligations.

Location and browser notifications

Your browser may ask whether you want to share your location after a lead or order step. Location sharing is optional. If you allow it, we can associate the received coordinates with your enquiry or order; if you decline or skip, you may continue.

The website may also offer an optional browser notification permission prompt. Your choice or permission status may be saved. Granting notification permission does not itself mean that push messages are enabled: this version of the site does not include a push-delivery service. You can change browser permissions later.

Who may receive information

Relevant information may be made available to staff handling customer enquiries and fulfilment, hosting or technical service providers, and delivery partners where necessary to deliver your parcel. A bank transfer is handled using the payment instructions shown at checkout when that option is enabled; this store does not collect payment card numbers.

If you choose a WhatsApp chat, group or channel link, you move to a service operated by a third party. WhatsApp or its providers may process information under their own terms and policies. We do not control the privacy practices of those external services.

Security and retention

We use application access controls and server-side processes to help protect order and lead information. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Please avoid submitting sensitive financial or medical details through a public contact form.

Information is retained for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, including customer service, dispute handling, accounting, fraud prevention and applicable legal requirements. We do not promise a single retention period for every record.

Your choices and privacy requests

You may contact us to request access to, correction of or deletion of eligible personal data, or to ask how your information is used. We will review requests according to applicable law; some order, payment or security records may need to be retained.

You may decline optional location and notification permissions, clear cookies, and choose not to join WhatsApp communities. You can still place an order without sharing precise browser location.

Children and external websites

Our shopping service is intended for people who can place purchases lawfully or who have appropriate parental or guardian involvement. We do not intentionally design the site to solicit children’s personal information.

Links to other websites are provided for convenience. Their content and privacy practices are governed by their own policies.
